By purchasing the DIY Brand Kit (DBK), you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Access & Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive lifetime access to the DBK via our private course portal. Your login details will be delivered by email shortly after checkout.

3. License & Usage Rights
Your purchase includes a single-user license for use in your own private practice only.

You may not use this product across multiple businesses or share it with others.

You may not use DBK materials with your clients or as part of any service you sell.

Redistribution, resale, or repurposing of any part of the DBK is strictly prohibited.

4. Support
This is a self-guided product. No support or customization is included beyond troubleshooting access or login issues.

5. Upgrade Options
You may choose to upgrade your brand and website experience through our Squarespace templates or done-for-you services at any time. These upgrades are offered separately and may be subject to additional terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content within the DBK is the intellectual property of Walker Strategy Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose outside of your own practice.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
