Signature Brand Intensive — Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms between Walker Strategy Co., LLC (“WSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client”) for participation in the Signature Brand Intensive (“Intensive”).
By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Overview

The Signature Brand Intensive is a one-week, design-only service that includes a custom brand suite, branded marketing materials, and a fully branded Squarespace template. WSC provides all design deliverables; the Client is responsible for writing and installing their own copy using the guided templates provided.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due in full (or first installment, if applicable) at the time of booking.
All sales are final. Because scheduling and preparation begin immediately after purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Scheduling & Rescheduling

Your Intensive Day will be scheduled after purchase.
If you need to reschedule, written notice must be provided at least 14 days before your Intensive Day.
If you miss your scheduled day or fail to attend without notice, your booking will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

4. Client Responsibilities & Onboarding

You agree to complete all required onboarding materials (questionnaire, inspiration board, etc.) no later than one week before your scheduled Intensive Day.
If onboarding materials are not submitted by that deadline, WSC reserves the right to reschedule your Intensive to the next available date.

5. Delivery & Revisions

All design deliverables (brand suite, branded template, and marketing assets) will be provided by the end of your Intensive Day.
You are entitled to one round of minor revisions within two weeks of delivery. Additional revisions or changes beyond this scope will require a separate proposal and fee.

6. Copy Install Add-On

If you purchase the optional Copy Install Add-On:

The add-on occurs after your copy is submitted by you.

WSC will install your final text directly into your branded Squarespace template.

This service does not include copy review, editing, or strategy support.

The add-on must be used within six (6) months of your Intensive Day. After that time, the add-on will expire with no refund or credit.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon final payment, you own all rights to your completed brand files and design assets for use in your business.
WSC retains ownership of all design concepts and working files not selected as final.
WSC also retains the right to display your finished project for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

8. Technology & Third-Party Services

The Signature Brand Intensive uses the Squarespace platform. WSC is not responsible for any issues related to third-party tools, hosting, integrations, or platform downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables provided.
WSC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Intensive.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Signature Brand Intensive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
